The same type of folks who think buying fair trade coffee, Toms shoes, and grass-fed beef will solve all problems.
No, but it can grant you access to healthcare, education, food, housing, and other things that make modern life much more bearable.

Friendly reminder that no Kellogg’s cereal is vegan because they all contain lanolin-derived vitamin d. Just because a lot of vegans have mentioned eating it before.
Same goes for Domino’s pizza in the UK as every single one of their bases contains whey.
